Harper to Argent Mortgage Company, LLC and now held by Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for GSAA Home Equity Trust 2004-10 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-10, said mortgage dated May 26, 2004, and registered at Norfolk County Registry District of the Land Court as Document No. 1028189, and noted on Certificate of Title No.: 167690, as affected by an Assignment of Mortgage dated May 27, 2004, and registered at Norfolk County Registry District of the Land Court as Document No. 1118818, and noted on Certificate of Title No.: 167690, as affected by an Assignment of Mortgage dated May 27, 2004, and registered at Norfolk County Registry District of the Land Court as Document No. 1118819, and noted on Certificate of Title No.: 167690, as affected by an Assignment of Mortgage dated October 16, 2025, and registered at Norfolk County Registry District of the Land Court as Document No. 1560990, and noted on Certificate of Title No.: 167690, of which mortgage the undersigned is the present holder, for breach of the conditions in said mortgage and for the purpose of foreclosing the same will be sold at Public Auction on March 26, 2026 at 11:00 AM Local Time upon the premises, all and singular the premises described in said mortgage, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN BRAINTREE IN THE COUNTY OF NORFOLK AND SAID COMMONWEALTH, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
SAID PARCEL IS SHOWN AS LOT NUMBERED 243 ON A PLAN DRAWN BY JOSEPH SELWYN C. E., DATED SEPTEMBER 19, 1942 AS APPROVED BY THE LAND COURT, FILED IN THE LAND REGISTRATION OFFICE AS NO. 2986Z, A COPY OF A PORTION OF WHICH IS FILED IN NORFOLK REGISTRY DISTRICT WITH CERTIFICATE NO. 31638, BOOK 159.
THE ABOVE DESCRIBED LAND IS SUBJECT ALSO TO THE RESTRICTIONS AS SET FORTH IN DOCUMENT NO. 95654.
THE ABOVE DESCRIBED LAND IS SUBJECT ALSO TO THE BUILDING LINE SET BACK AS SET FORTH IN DOCUMENT NO. 104533 AND SHOWN ON SAID PLAN.
THE ABOVE DESCRIBED LAND IS SUBJECT ALSO TO AND HAS THE BENEFIT OF THE EASEMENT AS SET FORTH IN SAID DOCUMENT NO. 104533 AND SHOWN ON SAID PLAN.
The description of the property contained in the mortgage shall control in the event of a typographical error in this publication.

TERMS OF SALE: Said premises will be sold and conveyed subject to all liens, encumbrances, unpaid taxes, tax titles, municipal liens and assessments, if any, which take precedence over the said mortgage above described.
TEN THOUSAND ($10,000.00) Dollars of the purchase price must be paid by a certified check, bank treasurer's or cashier's check at the time and place of the sale by the purchaser. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid by a certified check, bank treasurer's or cashier's check within forty-five (45) days after the date of sale.
