STATE OIL AND GAS BOARD OF MISSISSIPPI   DOCKET NUMBER 75-2026-D   RE: IN THE MATTER OF ESTABLISHING THE MAXIMUM EFFICIENT RATE OF PRODUCTION OF GAS POOLS IN THE STATE AND THE ALLOCATION OF ALLOWABLES TO WELLS IN SAID POOLS FOR THE PERIOD OF APRIL 1, 2026, THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30, 2026   PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given to all interested parties that a meeting of the State Oil and Gas Board will be held in Suite E, 500 Greymont Avenue, Jackson Mississippi, on the 18TH day of March 2026, at 9:00 a.m., for the purpose of establishing the maximum efficient rate of production of gas pools and the allocation of allowables to wells in said pools for the period of April 1, 2026 through September 30, 2026, in the following fields: Bacon, Balls Branch, Bassfield, Baxterville, Belle Boyd, Bolton, Buttahatchie River, Carson, Centreville South, Clara North, Corinne, Dexter, Ely Creek, Fourmile Creek, Free State, Gitano, Grange, Gwinville, Heidelberg East, Heidelberg West, Hiwanee, Hub, Leaf River, Maben, Maxie, Monticello Dome, Mount Olive East, Nettleton North, Oak Ridge, Oakvale, Palmetto South, Pistol Ridge, Poplar Springs, Prentiss South, Sandy Hook, Sandy Hook West, Shannon, Shannon East, Sharon, Siloam, Symphony, Tallabinnela Creek, Tiger, Topeka, Trebloc, Troy, Tubbalubba Creek, Union Chapel, Union Church, Vintage, Williamsburg South   If you intend to contest same or request a continuance, you must notify the Board of your intention in writing not later than 5:00 o'clock, P.M. on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 (seven (7) days prior to the date stated above for said hearing). Failure to so notify the Board shall constitute a waiver of your right to contest or request a continuance in said matter.
