REQUEST FOR BIDS
RIVER PARK BOARDWALKS HURRICANE IAN REPAIRS (RFB 26-05)

The City of Bonita Springs invites sealed proposals from qualified contractors to provide RIVER PARK BOARDWALKS HURRICANE IAN REPAIRS, RFB 26-05.
Official Request for Bid (RFB) documents may be obtained from the City's website, www.cityofbonitasprings.org, under the Procurement Tab. All bids must be made on the Bid Form furnished by the City. The Bid Form must be properly signed. The respondent shall submit one (1) original and two (2) copies of their bid, including a flash drive, along with all required attachments. Your response is considered a binding offer and shall remain a firm offer for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days from public opening. The selected contractor(s) will be required to enter into a contract with the City using the City's forms.
Sealed bids will be received by the City Clerk, Bonita Springs City Hall, 9101 Bonita Beach Rd., Bonita Springs, FL 34135, until 2:00 p.m. (ET), Thursday, April 9, 2026. Late submissions will not be considered. Submissions will be publicly opened at 2:00 p.m. (ET), Thursday, April 9, 2026, at Bonita Springs City Hall, 9101 Bonita Beach Rd., Bonita Springs, FL 34135.
A NON-MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE will be held at 10:00 a.m. (ET), Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at River Park, 27550 S. Tamiami Trail, Bonita Springs, FL 34135.
Questions relating to bidding procedures or project specifications must be submitted in writing to procurement@cityofbonitasprings.org no later than five (5) business days prior to the scheduled submission opening date. Firms and their agents are hereby advised that they are prohibited from contacting members of the City Council, City staff, or the Selection Committee for introductory purposes or any other reason intended to influence the outcome of the selection process, whether they intend to submit, or have already submitted, a proposal for this project.
The City reserves the right to formally amend or clarify the requirements of the bid specifications where it deems necessary. Any such addendum/clarification shall be posted to the City's website, www.cityofbonitasprings.org, prior to the deadline for submission. It is the sole responsibility of the contractor to check the website for any project addenda. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive defects in the form of bid, re-advertise for bids, and select the bid that best meets the requirements of the City.
