In accordance with the requirements of the Maple Shade Township Land Use Ordinance and Municipal Land Use Law of the Revised Statutes of the State of New Jersey, you are hereby Notified that an Application filed by Maplewood III, LLC, with the Secretary of the Joint Land Use Board, is available for examination in the office of the Joint Land Use Board Secretary, 200 Stiles Avenue, Maple Shade, during normal business hours.
A Public Hearing will be conducted before the Joint Land Use Board in connection with this Application in the Meeting Hall of the Municipal Building, 200 Stiles Avenue, Maple Shade, on the 18th day of March, 2026, at 6:30 pm.

Present Use or Occupancy: Park Crossing Apartments (formerly Maplewood Apartments)
Change or Type of Use Desired: Amendment/Revision to Approved Site Plan, Use Variance, Parking Space Number Variance, if required, together with any other variances, waivers or exceptions that may be required.
NATURE OF RELIEF AND VARIANCES DESIRED:
Amendment/Revision to Approved Site Plan and a Use Variance to replace the fire destroyed office building, with 9 New Rental Townhomes. Additionally, if needed, a Parking Space Number Variance, to modify existing parking areas to provide 37 additional parking spaces, which exceed the 18 parking spaces required for the 9 new townhomes, but leave the entire Apartment Complex short of the Ordinance Requirements by 83 spaces, but exceeding the number of parking spaces required by prior variances.
