PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE On Appeal of the Sanitation, Shoreland and Floodplain Zoning Board of Adjustment by Fond du Lac County NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to s. 59.694(6) Wisconsin Statutes that a public hearing will be held by the Fond du Lac County Sanitation, Shoreland and Floodplain Zoning Board of Adjustment at 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 24, 2026, in Room H, located in the City-County Government Center, 160 South Macy Street, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin, for the purpose of giving consideration to the following appeals: A. Nuthouse LLC property owner of N5351 County Road D, Fond du Lac, being described as Part of the Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter in Section 30, Town 15N, Range 17E in the Town of Fond du Lac, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin. Wherein Nuthouse LLC is requesting a variance to Section 58-15(F)C of the Fond du Lac County Private Onsite Wastewater Treatment System Ordinance (POWTS). If granted, the variance would permit installation of a holding tank with a design flow greater than one hundred fifty gallons per day. Interested persons are urged to attend this meeting.
