SUPREME COURT COUNTY OF Orange, US Bank Trust National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as an owner trustee for VRMTG Asset Trust, Plaintiff, vs. RANDI WALD, if he/she be living and if he/she be dead, any and all persons unknown to the plaintiff, ET AL., Defendant(s).
Pursuant to an Order Discharging the Guardian Ad Litem, Confirming Referee's Report and Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale duly entered on January 21, 2026, I, the undersigned Referee will sell at public auction at the second floor lobby, Division 3 of the Orange County Courthouse, 285 Main Street, Goshen, NY 10924 on April 14, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., premises known as 62 James Road, Monroe, NY 10950. All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Village of Monroe, County of Orange and State of New York, Section 216, Block 2 and Lot 10. Approximate amount of judgment is $181,166.78 plus interest and costs. Premises will be sold subject to provisions of filed Judgment Index # EF009915-2024. Cash will not be accepted.
