The subject property is located at 922 Main Street in Peekskill, New York, is designated on the City Tax Maps as Section 33.29, Block 2, Lot 4.1, and is located within the C-2, Central Commercial District. All application materials are on file in the Department of Planning in City Hall and are open for public inspection.
