Pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale, duly entered 12/24/2025, I, the undersigned Referee, will sell at public auction, in the lobby of the Westchester County Courthouse, 111 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., White Plains, NY 10601 on 4/7/2026 at 2:30PM, premises known as 22 North Lawrence Avenue, Elmsford, New York 10523, and described as follows:
ALL that certain plot piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Greenburgh, County of Westchester and State of New York.
