ANNOUNCEMENT REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR THE CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION/ADMINISTRATION FOR THE PROJECT KNOWN AS 2026 ROADWAY CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION CONTRACT The Portage County Engineer will accept Letters of Interest for professional services to assist County personnel in the construction administration/inspection of the project known as 2026 Roadway Construction Administration Contract. The Letter of Interest shall contain a description of the qualifications of the firm and experience of the people who will be assigned to the project as instructed in the “Letter of Interest Instructions”. These improvements are anticipated to be constructed during the window of April 2026 through May of 2027. The cost data to perform the work is not to be submitted at this time. Proposals will be evaluated based on the information submitted. The most qualified firm will be selected and asked to submit a detailed price proposal from which negotiations will begin to establish the parameters of a contract. If negotiations between the parties are not successful, the next most qualified firm will be selected and the process will be repeated until a contract agreement is achieved.
