LEGAL NOTICE Cheltenham School District Attention: Food Service   The Cheltenham School District is requesting proposals for School Food Service Management Serv-ices. The Food Service Management Company will provide management serv-ices according to United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) regulations and guidelines, as well as the Pennsylvania Department of Education policies and guidelines.
