Village of Tarrytown One Depot Plaza Tarrytown, NY 10591   Notice of Tax Sale   BE IT RESOLVED THAT there will be a Public Sale of tax liens covering unpaid taxes due the Village of Tarrytown and covering properties in the Village of Tarrytown, at the Tarrytown Village Hall, One Depot Plaza, Tarrytown, New York at ten o'clock in the morning on March 20, 2026. Said sale will be conducted with the provisions of Articles 1452 and 1454 of the Real Property Tax Law, as amended.   Any owners or person having an interest in properties on which there are tax liens included in the sale may have such tax liens excluded from the sale by paying all tax arrears plus interest and penalties as prescribed by law, together with the costs and charges incurred for advertising, printing, publishing and posting notices of sale.   Successful purchasers at the time of the sale shall be required to make a deposit on account of the purchase price equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the amount of the tax lien purchased. The balance of the purchase price shall be due and payable within ten (10) days from the date of the sale and shall be paid to the Village Treasurer at her office in cash or by certified or official bank check.   A detailed statement of the properties on which the tax liens are to be sold, including a description of said properties and the amount of the tax liens, are contained in printed form at the office of the Village Treasurer.
