Church, a Justice of the Supreme Court, Orleans County, entered Feb. 18, 2026 and filed with the complaint and other papers in the Orleans County Clerk’s Office.   NOTICE OF NATURE OF ACTION AND RELIEF SOUGHT THE OBJECT of the above captioned action is to foreclose a Mortgage to secure $53,470.00 and interest, recorded in the Orleans County Clerk's Office on June 17, 2016, at Book 852 of Mortgages, page 9489 covering premises known as 161 Brown Street, Albion, NY 14411 a/k/a Section 62.19, Block 1, Lot 3.   The relief sought in the within action is a final judgment directing the sale of the premises described above to satisfy the debt secured by the Mortgage described above.   Plaintiff designates Orleans County as the place of trial.
