OFFICE OF TREASURER County of Pueblo Court House Pueblo, Colorado   C.P.NO. 623 BK 2020 PARCEL NO. 04-360-01-012   Notice of Application for Tax Deed    TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN and more especially to   STEVEN A LITTLE COLORADO HOUSING AND FINANCE AUTHORITY LUCKETT FROMAN SERVICES LLC    You are hereby notified that on the 20th day of October, 2020, the then Treasurer of the County of Pueblo, State of Colorado, sold at public sale to Luckett Froman Services LLC the tax lien upon the following described real estate, situate in the County of Pueblo, viz:   LOT 6 DENNIS SUB   said sale being made to satisfy the delinquent general taxes assessed against said property for the year 2019, and certificate of purchase numbered 623 book 2020 was issued to Luckett Froman Services LLC by said Treasurer.   That subsequent taxes upon said property for the years 2020 to 2024 inclusive were paid by the holder of said certificate of purchase.   That at the time of said assessment and said sale said property was taxed in the name of Steven A. Little.   That Luckett Froman Services LLC the present holder of said certificate of purchase has made appl'cation to me to offer at Treasurer's Deed Auction for a Treasurers or Tax Deed to said property, provided the same has not been redeemed from said sale for taxes prior to the start time of the Treasurer's Deed Auction.   That I will Offer for sale at public auction on or after 24th day of June A.D., 2026 at 4:30 p.m. MT, the above listed property.
