PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE   Notice is hereby given that the Tulare Lake Basin Water Storage District (TLBWSD) will hold a public hearing on: March 26, 2026 at 10:00 a.m.   2025 Agricultural Water Management Plan   The Water Conservation Act of 2009 requires certain agricultural water suppliers in California to prepare Agricultural Water Management Plans (AWMP). To meet the requirements of this legislation, TLBWSD is preparing an updated AWMP for 2025. The AWMP includes a discussion of TLBWSD and its irrigation facilities, water supply and demand, and various planning in the coming years. The TLBWSD Board of Directors will hold a hearing to consider public comments on the proposed AWMP.
