BY VIRTUE of and to satisfy a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued from the Honorable 9th Judicial District Court, and to me directed as Sheriff and Ex-Officio Auctioneer of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, directing and commanding me to seize and sell the property, rights and credits of the defendant, I have seized the following property and will offer for sale to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction on the second floor of the Court House in Alexandria, Louisiana, between the hours prescribed by law, on Wednesday the 1st day of April, 2026 the following property to-wit:
Lot "E" of the T. F. Howell, Jr. Subdivision, Revised of part of Lots 2 and 7 of the Sam Rubin Addition as shown by the official plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 9, page 90, official records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, LESS AND EXCEPT 13 feet off the Northern side of said Lot "E" adjacent to Lot "D" of said subdivision, said 13 feet having been conveyed to Billy Casto by Deed dated June 14, 1963, and recorded in Conveyance Book 622, page 37 of the records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, together with all buildings and improvements situated thereon.
Terms of Sale: FOR CASH "WITH" APPRAISEMENT
NOTE: ALL SALES MUST BE PAID IN FULL TO RPSO BY 2:00 PM ON DAY OF SALE. ALL FUNDS MUST BE PAID WITH A CASHIER'S CHECK, CERTIFIED CHECK, OR BANK MONEY ORDER. ANYONE INTERESTED IN BIDDING MUST SUBMIT AN IRREVOCABLE BANK LETTER OF CREDIT TO THE RPSO CIVIL DIVISION PRIOR TO THE SALE.
