NOTICE OF DECISION Please take notice that the Borough of Haddonfield Zoning Board of Adjustment ("Board") has granted an application for development filed by Stanley Adams and Maureen Adams regarding real property located at 40 Treaty Elms Lane, Haddonfield, NJ, Block 64.0, Lot 5 on the municipal tax map. The applicants propose to construct a roof and add columns to the existing porch area. The board granted the following variance(s) under the Borough Ordinance: 135-34D(2)(b) which states the maximum Building coverage allowance is 20%, and the existing building coverage is 27.8%. The proposed building coverage, due to addition of front porch, is 29.6%. The board approved this application of January 20, 2026, and its decision was memorialized in a written resolution that the Board adopted on February 17, 2026. A copy of the memorialized resolution is filed in the office of the municipal administrative officer. A copy is available to any interested party for a reasonable fee and is available for public inspection during municipal business hours.
