Notice is hereby given that KB Buck Road LLC has submitted a Combined Remedial Investigation Report, Final Report, and Risk Assessment to the Department of Environmental Protection, Southeast Regional Office, to demonstrate attainment of the site-specific standard and statewide health standard for a site located at 1233 – 1235 Buck Road, Northampton Township, Bucks County, PA. KB Buck Road LLC has indicated that the remediation measures taken have attained compliance with the site-specific and statewide health cleanup standards established under the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act.
