The above-named individuals, whose current residences are unknown, and, if deceased, their unknown heirs and devisees whose addresses are also unknown, are hereby notified that a Complaint for Sale of Real Estate to Avoid the Suffering of Waste has been filed by Amanda Morris, Guardian of the Estate of Gwen Farley, an incompetent person, Case No. PG20240083 of the Probate Court of Fairfield County, Ohio, on the following described real estate:

Situated in the County of Franklin, the State of Ohio and the City of Groveport:
Being Lot number Seventy (70) of Daniel Kessler's Sub-division, in Madison Township (Now within the City of Groveport), Franklin County, Ohio, as the same is numbered and delineated upon the recorded plat of said sub-division, of record in the office of the Recorder of Franklin County, Ohio.
