NOTICE TO RESIDENTS
Please take notice that a public hearing will be held at the Board of Appeals Meeting at the RED RIVER TOWN HALL on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at 7:00 PM for the following:
Request by Mr. Tristin Wayne Thiry for a variance from Section 10.04.04 D. that requires accessory structures to be constructed in the side and rear yard but not front yard (closer to the road than the primary structure) and Section 10.0404 E. 2. that requires the total square footage of the accessory structure does not exceed the square footage of the primary structure to allow for the construction of a 40' x 80' accessory structure in the front yard on Parcel 31 018 23.062 located at N8403 Lacroix Road. Said parcel is zoned Large Estate Residential District - LE.
Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Town Board and/or Plan Commission may be present at this meeting to gather information about a subject in which they may have future decision-making responsibilities. All interested parties are invited to attend.
