INVITATION FOR BIDS
City of Bartlesville
Downtown Central Business District Paving Rehabilitation & Landscaping Phase 3 Bid No. 2025-2025-014
Notice is hereby given that the City of Bartlesville will receive sealed bids at the office of the City Clerk until 2:00 p.m. on the 23rd day of March, 2026 at such time bids will be opened and publicly read.
The project consists of furnishing all materials, labor, and expenses necessary to construct the project as called for in the plans and specifications on file in the Engineering Department, 3rd Floor, City Hall, 401 S. Johnstone, Bartlesville, Oklahoma 74003, (918) 338-4251. Plans, specifications, and contract documents may be examined in this office and are available at a nonrefundable charge of $25.00 or they can be requested and received via email at no charge (ajvann@cityofbartlesville.org).
No documents will be mailed until payment is received in full.
A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on March 11th, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. in the City Hall, 3 rd Floor Conference Room, 401 S. Johnstone, Bartlesville, Oklahoma.
The major work on the project shall consist of the following:
1,395 CY CONCRETE SIDEWALK
(5" THICK) REPLACEMENT
5,691 SF BRICK PAVERS, INSTALLED
5,082 LF 616(B) 1 1/2" POLYVINYL CHLORIDE
(PVC) PIPE
3,819 LF 2" SCH. 40 WATERTIGHT
ELECTRICAL CONDUIT
Proposals shall be submitted in sealed envelopes and marked, "City Clerk, City Hall, 401 S. Johnstone, Bartlesville, Oklahoma 74003, Downtown Central Business District Paving Rehabilitation & Landscaping Phase 3 Bid No. 2025-2025-014". Proposals shall be accompanied by a five percent (5%) bid guarantee.
Each Bidder must deposit with his Bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. All Bids must be made on the required Bid form and Bidder shall be a record plan holder with the City.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Bids and select the lowest and best bid.
Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays) before the time set for receiving bids as well as bids received after the time set for receipt of bids will not be considered, and will be returned unopened. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
