APRIL KOSTIUK AND RANDALL BRUNO The State of Tennessee, Department of Children's Services has filed a petition in Hamilton County Juvenile Court, seeking to terminate the parental rights of April Kostiuk and Randall Bruno to the child, Robert Jack Bruno, born June 13, 2010. A trial in this case is set for April 8, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. April Kostiuk and Randall Bruno must appear before this Court on that date to determine whether their parental rights to the subject child should be terminated and forever ended. The Court is located at 1600 E. 3rd Street, Chattanooga, TN 37404. If April Kostiuk and Randall Bruno do not come to the trial, the state will ask the Court to allow it to proceed without contest. That means that the state will ask the Court to let it present proof without having any lawyer appear and defend April Kostiuk's and Randall Bruno's rights in Court.
