MONTAGUE TOWNSHIP SUSSEX COUNTY, NEW JERSEY   ORDINANCE 2026-04   ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MONTAGUE, COUNTY OF SUSSEX, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, AMENDING CHAPTER 76, ZONING, OF THE TOWNSHIP CODE TO CREATE ARTICLE XXVIII, AFFORDABLE ACCESSORY APARTMENTS, IN SUPPORT OF THE TOWNSHIP’S FOURTH ROUND AFFORDABLE HOUSING PLAN   PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the foregoing Ordinance was introduced at a Regular Meeting of the Township Committee of the Township of Montague, in the County of Sussex, State of New Jersey, held on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, the public hearing which was scheduled for Tuesday, March 24, 2026, is rescheduled and will be further considered for the final passage after a public hearing at a special meeting of the Township Committee to be held in the Municipal Building, 277 Clove Road, Montague, NJ on Tuesday, March 16, 2026, at 3:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard. All interested parties may be heard.
