Notice is hereby given that Douglas Kaufman has made an application to the Metropolitan Planning Commission for the following:
The Petitioner requests the following two variances to a General Development Plan in association with the construction of four townhouses and four accessory dwelling units (ADUs) in the TC-2 zoning district:
1. To reduce the lot width required to establish four townhouses;
2. To exceed the building footprint maximum for four ADUs.
