Traditional Mortgage Acceptance Corporation, Plaintiff, vs. Unknown Administrator, Executor, or Fiduciary, Unknown Heirs, Next of Kin, Spouses, Devisees, Legatees, Creditors and Beneficiaries of the Estate of Janice Stewart, et al., Defendants. Defendants Anthony Spinner and Pat Spinner, whose last known address is 2386 Rhoads Ave., Columbus, OH 43207; and the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Judy A. Brittman, whose last known address is 1534 Ducksberr Ave., Columbus, OH 43211; will take notice that the Plaintiff filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County, Ohio, 345 S. High St., Columbus, OH 43215, seeking foreclosure of its lien interest in the real property located at 2386 Rhoads Ave., Columbus, OH 43207; Parcel No. 010-113637-00; seeking a monetary judgment against the real property plus all interest, fees, costs, assessments, and any other equitable relief; and for the real property to be sold and to apply the proceeds to these claims. The Defendants are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice. If the Defendants fail to respond timely, judgment by default will be entered against them for the relief requested in the Complaint.
