ROCK, DECEASED whose last known place of residence is Unknown Each Defendant will take notice that on January 12, 2026, Plaintiff filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the Muskingum County Court of Common Pleas, 401 Main Street, Zanesville, OH 43701, being CE2026-0016 alleging that there is due to Plaintiff the sum of $23,484.31 plus interest at 7.12500% per annum from July 1, 2025, plus late charges, pre-payment penalties, title charges, court costs and expenses as applicable to the terms of the Promissory Note secured by a mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 45 N MOOSE EYE ROAD, NORWICH, OH 43767 and being permanent parcel number 66-10-08-29-000. Plaintiff further alleged that by a reason of default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.
