Further, Plaintiff prays the Court order the Defendant to remove the outbuildings and detached garage. Further, the Plaintiff requests that the court assess in rem against the property for the costs of this action and the costs incurred in the enforcement of the Municipal Code of the City of Des Moines, Iowa, inclusive of any costs incurred in the abatement of the property, all with interest.
