The Harborcreek Township Zoning Hearing Board will assemble on Tuesday, March 17, 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Harborcreek Township Municipal Building, 5601 Buffalo Road, Harborcreek, PA to consider the appeals of:
Appeal No. 2026-4
Douglas Clark, owner of property located at 2233 Bernwood Dr., Erie County Index No. (27) 45-147-11; requesting to reduce the side yard setback from the required 10 ft. to 5.5 ft. for the purpose of constructing a 22’ x 28’ residential addition. Property is zoned R2 Residential.

William Nash, owner of property located at 4565 Hannon Rd, Erie County Index No. (27) 61-136-95; appealing the decision of the Harborcreek Township Zoning Administrators determination under Harborcreek Township Zoning Ordinance 2025-243 Article XVII, Supplemental Regulations for Specific Uses, X. Home Occupation (running a hauling business). Property is zoned R2 Residential.
