NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 2, 2026 and entered in Case No. CC22-0449; in the Seventh Judicial Circuit in and for St. Johns County, Florida wherein SAINT JOHNS - SIX MILE CREEK WEST PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and MARRIO D. PARKER and CHRISTY ANN PARKER are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder online at www.saintjohns.realforeclose.com, at 12:00 noon on the 9th day of April, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
