NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 01/27/2026, and entered in Case No. 2025 CA 000038 of the Circuit Court of the Second Judicial Circuit in and for Leon County, Florida wherein EQUITY PRIME MORTGAGE LLC, is the Plaintiff and CYNTHIA LAZELLE CREEL AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF CHRISTOPHER ALLEN CREEL; C.C., A MINOR IN THE CARE OF HER NATURAL GUARDIAN, SAMANTHA CREEL; T.A.C., A MINOR IN THE CARE OF HIS NATURAL GUARDIAN, SAMANTHA CREEL; LINENE ESTATES HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION N/K/A KATHERINE MORRISON, is/are Defendant(s), Leon County Clerk of Courts, Gwen Marshall, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.leon.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on March 30, 2026 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
If the sale is set aside, the Purchaser may be entitled to only a return of the sale deposit less any applicable fees and costs and shall have no other recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee or the Mortgagee's attorney.
