NOTICE INVITING PROPOSALS Notice is hereby given that the Oxnard School District (“District”) invites sealed proposals for RFP # 26-01 – District-Wide Copiers. The District is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide copy, print, and scan equipment, along with all required supplies, service, and maintenance. The District intends to award a multi-year, comprehensive service agreement to the proposer deemed most responsive and responsible in compliance with the RFP requirements. Proposal Due Date and Time: March 23, 2026, no later than 4:00 p.m. Proposals must be submitted in writing, in a sealed envelope, and clearly labeled: “RFP No. 26-01 – District-Wide Copiers” Proposals must be received by the District’s Purchasing Department by the date and time specified above.
