NOTICE INVITING PROPOSALS
Notice is hereby given that the Oxnard School District (“District”) invites sealed proposals for RFP # 26-01 – District-Wide Copiers.
The District is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide copy, print, and scan equipment, along with all required supplies, service, and maintenance. The District intends to award a multi-year, comprehensive service agreement to the proposer deemed most responsive and responsible in compliance with the RFP requirements.
Proposal Due Date and Time:
March 23, 2026, no later than 4:00 p.m.
Proposals must be submitted in writing, in a sealed envelope, and clearly labeled:
“RFP No. 26-01 – District-Wide Copiers”
Proposals must be received by the District’s Purchasing Department by the date and time specified above. Late proposals will not be accepted. Proposals shall be delivered to:

Each proposal must conform to and be responsive to all requirements contained in the Request for Proposals documents.

The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any immaterial defects, irregularities, or informalities, and to accept the proposal that is deemed to be in the best interest of the District. Any award resulting from this RFP is subject to approval by the Board of Trustees.
