Public Hearing Notice Northborough Planning Board In accordance with MGL Ch. 40A Sections 5 and 9, the Northborough Planning Board will hold public hearings on March 17, 2026 at 6:00pm for the purpose of seeking public opinion on a proposed amendment to Zoning Bylaw Section 7-09-020 Site design standards and to consider the following applications: Application for Special Permit for Light Industrial Use, Special Permit with Site Plan Approval, and Special Permit per Groundwater Protection Overlay District Bylaw submitted by 30 Bearfoot Road LLC for a development site that will include a portion of land from 30 Bearfoot Road (Map 18, Parcel 12), a portion of land from 230 Solomon Pond Road (Map 17, Parcel 3) and a portion of land from 10 Bearfoot Road (Map 17, Parcel 2). The Applicant seeks approval to construct a single-story light industrial building of approximately 60,500+ square feet, 115 parking spaces, and associated improvements on a newly created lot consisting of 5.2+ acres in the Industrial Zoning District and Groundwater Projection Overlay District Area 2. Application for Site Plan Approval submitted by 30 Bearfoot Road LLC to redesign and reconfigure an existing parking lot with more than 10 parking spaces at 10 Bearfoot Road, Map 17, Parcel 2, in the Industrial Zoning District and Groundwater Protection Overlay District Area 2.
