The premises described in the mortgage will be sold, subject to all encumbrances and prior liens, on March 26, 2026 at 11:00 AM, on the premises, by virtue of the power of sale contained in a mortgage made by PAUL J. MCCABE, JR., as mortgagor, and given to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. dated March 12, 2007 and recorded on March 16, 2007 with the Town of Charlestown Land Evidence Records in Book 307, Page 950, which mortgage is currently held by Wilmington Trust, NA, successor trustee to Citibank, N.A., as Trustee, f/b/o the registered holders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Trust 2007-AR6, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-AR6 pursuant to a Corporate Assignment of Mortgage dated November 13, 2020 and recorded on December 9, 2020 with the Town of Charlestown Land Evidence Records at Book 467, Page 663 as Instrument No. 00003153, the conditions of said mortgage having been broken.
TERMS OF SALE:
A deposit of FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS AND 00 CENTS ($5,000.00) in the form of a certified check or bank treasurer’s check will be required to be delivered at or before the time the bid is offered.
