STATE OF MISSISSIPPI COUNTY OF HINDS   SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF SALE   WHEREAS, on or about March 28, 2013, Beatrice Hicks Buckner executed that certain Deed of Trust to T. Harris Collier, III, Trustee, in favor of Trustmark National Bank which was filed for record on April 11, 2013, in Book 7145, Page 6256, as modified by that certain Modification of Deed of Trust executed on August 8, 2022, which was filed for record on September 9, 2022, in Book 7288, Page 111, in the Record of Mortgages and Deeds of Trust on Land, Hinds County, First Judicial District, Mississippi, (the “Deed of Trust”); and WHEREAS, on August 4, 2025, Trustmark Bank, a Mississippi banking corporation, became successor in interest to Trustmark National Bank by virtue of those certain Articles of Incorporation and Articles of Conversion filed of record in the office of the Mississippi Secretary of State (“Trustmark”); and WHEREAS, on January 29, 2026, Trustmark appointed and substituted Erin A. McManus as Substituted Trustee in the place and stead of T. Harris Collier, III, the original Trustee of the Deed of Trust, as was its right to do under the terms of said Deed of Trust, said Substitution of Trustee being recorded on January 30, 2026, in Book 7328, Page 6052 in the Record of Mortgages and Deeds of Trust on Land, Hinds County, First Judicial District, Mississippi; and WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said Deed of Trust, as modified, and the entire debt secured having been declared due and payable in accordance with the terms of said Deed of Trust, as modified, and the legal holder of said indebtedness, Trustmark, having requested the undersigned Substituted Trustee to execute the trust, and sell the land and property described in this Substituted Trustee’s Notice of Sale, in accordance with the terms of said Deed of Trust, as modified, for the purpose of raising sums due thereunder together with attorney’s fees and expenses of sale.
