All interested parties are invited to attend. This project is partially funded with State of Wisconsin Department of Transportation Local Roads Improvement Program (LRIP) funds. The work consists of the following approximate quantities: 58,500 CY of Common Excavation 118,000 TON of Base Aggregate Dense 8,500 TON of HMA Pavement 2,300 LF of Concrete Curb & Gutter 87,000 SY of Restoration 2,000 LF of Culvert Pipe (18-Inch to 42-Inch) Bids will be received on a unit price basis. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond as bid security, in the sum of five percent (5%) of the bid, payable to the Town of Eldorado and the Town of Rosendale as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, a Contract will be entered into and its performance properly secured within fifteen (15) days of the award of Contract. Should any bid be rejected, such bid security will be forthwith returned to the bidder, and should any bid be accepted, such bid bond will be returned upon the timely and proper execution and securing of the Contract. In case the successful bidder shall fail to execute the Contract and Performance Bond, the amount of the bid bond shall be forfeited to the Town of Eldorado and the Town of Rosendale as liquidated damages.
