LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Board of Trustees of the North Berwick Sanitary District will conduct a public hearing on March 19, 2026 at 6:00 P.M. at the North Berwick Sanitary District, located at 115 Eastern Avenue, North Berwick, ME. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment on the District's proposed new rate, effective quarter ending March 31, 2026, which increases the District's "Operation and Maintenance Charge", for all connected customers, from $.077 per cubic foot of water usage to $.085 per cubic foot of water usage.
