In pursuance of an Order of Sale from said Court to me directed, I will offer for advertising beginning on March 3rd 2026 at public auction, in accordance with ORC Section 2329.153, online @ https://franklin. sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov on Friday, 3rd day April 2026 at 9:00 o'clock A.M., and if not then sold, on 24th day of April 2026 at 9:00 o'clock A.M., the following described real estate, situated in the County of Franklin and State of Ohio, and in the City of Columbus:
Being a part of Lots Numbered fifty-three (53), fifty-four (54) and fifty-five (55), in H. H. Kimball's Heirs Second Subdivision, as the same is numbered and delineated upon the recorded plat thereof, of record in Plat Book 7, Page 126, Recorder's Office, Franklin County, Ohio, and bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the South Line of Fulton Street (the same being the North line of Said Lot No. 53), 113.56 feet East of the Southeast comer of Kimball Place Avenue and Fulton Street in said City;

Second Sale - If the property does not sell at the first auction, a second sale of this property will be held on 24th day of April 2026. The second sale shall be made without regard to the minimum bid requirements in ORC Section 2329.20, but shall be subject to costs, allowance and taxes under ORC Section 2329.21.
