NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 2, 2026, in Case No. 01-2025-CA-002281 of the Circuit Court of the Eighth Judicial Circuit, in and for Alachua County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and LE'NOREA W. FRANCIS, MURPHY AND MURPHY PROPERTIES LLC, CITY OF HIGH SPRINGS, FLORIDA, and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are Defendants, the Office of J.K. Irby, Esq., Alachua County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 11:00 A.M. on-line at www.alachua.realforeclose.com on the 24th day of March 2026, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
