Applicant is requesting a use variance from Township Zoning Ordinance 200-39 which is required since a car wash is not a permitted use in the C-1 zoning district. Township Zoning Ordinance 200-80 to allow for no loading berth area where one berth is required for a building with gross floor area between 6,000 and 20,000 square feet.
