INVITATION FOR BIDS The Redevelopment Authority of the County of Lebanon will receive bids for Annville Street Improvements in Annville Township, Construction Contract Number C-3-26-A and for West Jefferson Avenue Improvements in Myerstown Borough, Construction Contract Number C-3-26-M until 2:00 p.m. prevailing time, on the 31st day of March 2026 at the offices of the Authority at 137 W Penn Avenue, Cleona, PA 17042. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time. Bids are invited for Contract Numbers: C-3-26-A Annville Street Improvements Project, Annville Township C-3-26-M West Jefferson Avenue Improvements, Myerstown Borough Contract documents, including Drawings and Technical Specifications, are available free of charge online at www.lebanoncountyredevelopment.com. When downloading online specifications, prospective bidders will be required to register with the Authority by e-mail per the instructions with the bid specifications. Addenda, if any, will be issued only to those persons whose name and address are on record with the owner as having obtained the Contract Documents. A Bid Bond, in the form provided in the documents, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. Attention of the bidders is called to the fact that the Contract Documents contain information pertaining to: Davis Bacon Federal Prevailing Wage Rates, Non-Discrimination Requirements, Equal Opportunity goals, MBE/WBE outreach, Section 3 Compliance (C-3-26-A only), and Build America, Buy America Compliance (C-3-26-A only) requirements. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. Bids may be held by the owner for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders prior to awarding the contract.  Daniel Lyons Executive Director
