Notice is given you Defendants, BRIAN J. ROBERTS and unknown owners and non record claimants, that this action has been commenced in the Circuit Court of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit, Livingston County, Illinois, praying that a Judgment of Foreclosure be entered against real estate legally described as follows:
Lot 3 in Block 8 in Humiston’s Addition to Pontiac; situated in Livingston County, Illinois.

Commonly known as: 310 E. Elmwood, Pontiac, IL 61764.
The title holder of record to the above described real estate is BRIAN J. ROBERTS. The mortgage sought to be foreclosed is a mortgage executed on September 30, 2021 and recorded on October 1, 2021 at the office of the County Clerk and Recorder of Deeds in Livingston County, Illinois as document No. 2021R-04897. The cause of action initiated by the Plaintiff, BANK OF PONTIAC, an Illinois Banking Corporation, against the Defendants in Case No. 26-FC-2 is currently pending.
