Said lot having a front of Fifty (50') Feet on Bertheaud Avenue by a depth running in a Northerly direction, between equal and parallel lines measuring Two Hundred (200') Feet and being bounded, now or formerly, as follows: North by Karl Arthurlee, formerly Plonskey; South by Bertheaud Avenue; East by Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4 of Block 1; and West by Lots 6, 7, 8, and 9 of Block 1 of said Addition.
