PURPOSE: The purpose of this public hearing is to review a request to amend the Planned Unit Development Overlay District (PUD) for a proposed multi-family residential development for all, or portions of, the properties located at 7430, 7478, and 7546 S. 27th St.

The Common Council has scheduled other public hearings for April 6, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. This hearing may begin at 7:00 p.m. or as soon as possible following the conclusion of other public hearings.
