PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Evesham Planning/Zoning board will hold a public hearing on the application of Mark and Shannon McKenna at the Evesham Municipal Building, 984 Tuckerton Road, Marlton, NJ on March 16, 2026 ay 7:00p.m. The subject property is located at 11 Milford Drive, Marlton, NJ 08053 it is known as Block 58.02 and Lot 1 on the Evesham Township Tax Maps. The applicant is proposing a new in ground pool installation.
The applicant is seeking the following variances of waivers:
1. Impervious coverage limit 20% /Proposed 26% ( Code Section 160-58E)
2. The applicant will also seek any other waivers or variances noted by the Board or its staff during the course of review.
