PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing before the Town of Dover Planning Board will be held on March 19, 2026 at 7:30PM at Dover Town Hall, 37 N. Sussex Street, Dover, NJ at which time the Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan and C-Variance Application will be heard for Z Transportation Inc. ("Applicant"), the contract purchaser of Block 9.01, Lot 6, more commonly known as 570 Mount Pleasant Road, Dover, NJ formerly occupied by CASIO. All interested persons may be heard personally or by an attorney and may present any questions or objection to the granting of this application. The site is located in the Town's Industrial/Office Park (IND/OP) Zoning District. The Applicant is proposing to use and occupy the existing office building and accessory warehouse component with minor modifications to the interior and modifications to the parking lot to allow for increased capacity for truck, tractor trailer and trailer parking for its transportation and logistics business. The Applicant requires variances for the total number of off-street parking spaces where 115.8 spaces are required and 81 spaces are proposed. The Applicant may seek any additional variances and/or waivers as required by law or by the Town of Dover Planning Board.
The application filed by Applicant will be on file with the Town of Dover Planning Board located at 37 North Sussex Street, Dover, NJ at least ten days prior to the public hearing and may be inspected by all interested parties during regular business hours.
