Notice is hereby given by the Clerk of this Court in the above styled cause that a Petition has been filed by Howard Duane Rose and Rainy D. Rose seeking to Quiet and Confirm Title and for a Declaratory Judgment in and to the following and described real property situated in Crawford County, Arkansas more particularly described in the attached Exhibits 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6.
2. That the named Defendants set forth above or any other person claim any right, title or interest in and to such real property or any improvements thereon are hereby notified to appear on or before 30 days after the date of first publication of this notice to assert his or her Title or Interest in and to such real property and to demonstrate why the property should not be Quieted and Confirmed in favor of Howard Duane Rose and Rainy D. Rose or Declaratory Judgment be entered in favor of Howard Duane Rose and Rainy D. Rose declaring them to be the true and rightful owner
of such property described above.
