A part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 3, Township 10 North, Range 23 West, in Johnson County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows and as shown on survey plat (surveyed by Cornerstone Land Surveying on 10-23-2012, for Billy and Shawna Ritchie, Job #12-385): Commencing at the NE Corner of said NW 1/4 NW 1/4, thence along the North line thereof North 88 degrees 00 minutes 21 seconds West 359.19 feet to the true point of beginning (a found iron pin bears South 03 degrees 00 minutes 51 seconds West 19.32 feet from this point), thence South 03 degrees 00 minutes 51 seconds West 267.46 feet to a found iron pin, thence North 88 degrees 00 minutes 20 seconds West 325.68 feet to a found iron pin, thence North 03 degrees 01 minutes 53 seconds East 267.46 feet to a point on the North line of said NW 1/4 NW 1/4 (a found iron pin bears South 03 degrees 01 minutes 53 seconds West 20.03 feet from this point), thence South 88 degrees 00 minutes 21 seconds East 325.59 feet to the point of beginning, containing 2.00 acres more or less.

The Defendant(s), WRANGLER HOUSE; HALLIE HOUSE; FARM BUREAU BANK; THE CURRENT SPOUSE OF HALLIE HOUSE; THE CURRENT SPOUSE OF WRANGLER HOUSE; and CURRENT OCCUPANT(S) OF 360 COUNTY ROAD 4400, CLARKSVILLE, AR 72830, unserved, is/are warned to appear and answer the Complaint of the Plaintiff in this Court within thirty (30) days from the date of first publication of this warning order or face entry of judgment by default or be otherwise barred from asserting his or her or its interest. Failure of the Defendant(s) to answer within thirty (30) days from the date of first publication of this warning order could result in judgment against the Defendant(s).
