REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS   The Houma-Terrebonne Airport Commission (HTAC) is requesting submittal of qualification statements from firms interested in performing engineering services for a project: Installation of an Automated Surface Observation System (ASOS). Submittals will be accepted through 4:00 p. m., Wednesday, March 25th, 2026 (Houma local time).   Firms interested in performing these services shall furnish a statement of qualifications on Form SF-330.
