Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 3, 2026 in Case No. 2025 CC 000003, of the County Court in and for Flagler County, Florida, in which SURF CLUB II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and STEPHEN P. HUSTON, LYNNE E. HUSTON AND UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION, are the Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the online auction site at www.flagler.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on April 10, 2026, the following described property set forth in the Order of the Final Summary Judgment:
Unit 511, SURF CLUB II CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium and an undivided interest in the common elements, thereof, according to the Declaration of Condominium, recorded in Official Records Book 983, Pages 127 through 450, of the Public Records of Flagler County, Florida, and any subsequent amendments thereto;
Property Address: 80 Surfview Dr. Unit 511, Palm Coast, FL 32137
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT BEFORE OR NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
