In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 40A, Section 10 and 11.04.05 of the Town of Boylston Zoning Bylaws, The Boylston Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Boylston Municipal Office Building, 221 Main Street, Boylston, Massachusetts, on the application of Santimaw Contracting on behalf of John Delaney and Leigha Bauer, 23 Hillside Avenue, Boylston, Massachusetts, 01505, for a Variance to side-yard setback. The applicant is seeking relief of 9.1 feet from the required 20-foot side-yard setback to construct a two-car garage. The subject property consists of approximately 0.37 acres of land (Assessor’s Map 2, Parcel 100) and is located in the General Residential (GR) zoning district.
A full description of the proposal is on file in the Planning Board/Building Department Office, Town Hall, 221 Main Street, Boylston, Massachusetts and may be viewed during regular business hours.
