Notice is hereby given of a public hearing of the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Town of Weymouth under MGL Ch. 40A, Sec. 14, of the General Laws and Code of the Town of Weymouth, Chapter 120, Articles 24 & 25 to be held at:

This meeting is being scheduled as an in-person meeting. Case #3548– The petitioner, Weymouth Common St, LLC, Manager Taylor Harrington, for property located at 132 East Street also shown on Weymouth Town Atlas sheet 14, block 121, lot 6, located in the B-1 district. The petitioner is seeking:
Special Permit– 120-24 (E) Special permit uses by Board of Zoning Appeals
Enclosed or open-lot storage of new building material, contractor's equipment, machinery and metals, other than scrap or junk, and similar materials, provided that any material stored in unenclosed premises to a height greater than four feet above grade level is surrounded by a substantial seven-foot-high wall, tight fence or a proper landscape screening.
The property is 8,509 square feet, has an existing building that is currently used as a garage/auto repair business. The applicant seeks to use the property for enclosed storage of new and used building material, contractor goods, metals and similar materials.
